Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Alpha Getriebebau VDT 063-MF1-40-041-AE parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ametek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Amicon-Typact parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ametek product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ametek such as the SHZF14803001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TPD3A500520224K4 manufactured by Amicon-Typact and we are pleased to be able to service most Amicon-Typact systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 955SV00120 by Manufacturer Ametek as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Fanuc Brand A02B0084C183A16B1310038004B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ametek such as 11663807 equipment made by Ametek have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 010525600 by Alphasem and 11663807 spares by Ametek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 80163SE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ametek.
